This is top class residential building. Very friendly and helpful staff, swimming pool for sporty swimming, not just for photos, lounge zone suitable for work, 500 MBit WiFi in apartment which is super amazing, wonderful view (see photos attached)

Stayed over 4 years here. Absolutely love the building. Moved to different formats as family got larger. No noise from neighbors and no noise from above. Gym is very convenient and they also have a pool. Never had to ping property manager because place runs super well on auto pilot.

One of the most amazing places to live in Manhattan. After living in Manhattan 24 years, this is home. The management is superior to others, maintenance is instantaneous, amenities are amazing. The staff are kind, caring and thoughtful. I'm grateful each day to be living in such a well run, spotless building.

Classy upscale appartments with friendly staff and great sport installation. The pool looks very nice. Location is nice as well, close to the new Hudson yards neighboorhood and you get shuttle to downtown. Doormen are also there.

What I like most about ST are the doorman and desk staff. Always quick to help, and always friendly. Their presence and the security doors make the building feel very safe. The apartments are also very quiet: the walls are thick and the neighbors are respectful. Also, I really enjoy having a pool and large gym on site, especially in winter. And of course the views are great.

Since it’s been more than a month since I moved to the Silver Towers apt (North Tower), I’d like to share my experience. In short, I love living here a lot and would recommend it to anyone who likes city living, clean environment and appreciate professional and kind people as I do. Leasing Office Team: I had a great experience with Grace. She has been so supportive, responsive and understanding to my needs and situation. I started my apt hunting a bit earlier than what I believe people usually do, but she was very kind and helped me to clear all of my concerns. Concierge Team: They have been very friendly and kind even during the time of apt hunting. I visited 7 other apt bldgs in Hell's Kitchen area but the concierge team in these buildings are by far the most professional. Even during the apt hunting process (and before move-in), they are very courteous. Everyone there greets friendly and nicely every time I go out and come back home, making me feel welcome. Package pickup is also smooth. Maintenance Team: I needed the maintenance team's support a few times and they came to my apt soon after I made a request. They are very polite and professional as well. Tenant Billing Team/Property Management Team: Given the size of this apartment complex, there's a dedicated team for each different inquiry, which initially caused a bit of stress for me (as I only had to speak to one person in my previous apartment). I was concerned about whether we could communicate smoothly, but they responded promptly and effectively in the end. Amenity Area (Gym): It is clean and have my favorite Italian equipment brand (Technogym) which I am very happy about. The swimming pool water is clean and warm enough to swim even during winter time. It is accessible from both towers. I sew some review complaining about the rate but it is just so nice to be able to get to the gym for quick work out after work or weekend morning before going out. I stayed at the Silver Towers for three years and I must say it is the best building I have ever stayed at in New York! The front desk staff are all very friendly and responsive to questions and things that come up. The building's leasing company responds promptly, both before and during the rental period, and any questions we have related to the building are answered properly. The building's property is also superb, you can respond to any issues that need to be repaired in the resident interface and all the staff are very professional. The building helped us get rid of our old furniture when we moved out, which was a pleasant surprise thanks to the staff on the day. A large part of my good stay at Silver Towers came from the excellent soundproofing! I've stayed in five or six luxury buildings, and each one had varying degrees of poor soundproofing. But the soundproofing and quiet surroundings that Silver Towers did gave me a good night's rest, which was great. Usually if you stay on this side of the riverbank you will have awesome views and the best sunsets, there is no shortage of daylight in your house. There is a lot of space, plenty of closet space, excellent bathroom facilities, and I have been very comfortable living here for the past three years. Also most of the neighbors are super friendly. Although I have never participated, the building has weekly and monthly activities including yoga, etc. and various pet activities, it is a definite pet friendly building. The three years I lived in Silver Tower were some of the happiest time I've had in NYC and I would stay there again if I could.
